Practice Information
I provide a non-judgmental place where you can share all you need to about yourself. If you are struggling with embarrassment or shame, to heal and grow you need a safe place to share yourself. I will help you understand the root causes of your symptoms. I will address the symptoms by going deeper into your feelings, your beliefs about yourself, others, and God. This will involve discovering your experiences which have shaped your life. This is primarily done through talk therapy, but I also use prayer and EMDR to further your healing.

I help people with their relationships. Relationships are the primary way you grow and heal; when not functioning well, you are not able to receive what you need. Therapy involves developing attachment (saying yes to life), separation (ability to say no), integration (accepting good and bad in self and others).

I offer prayer to help strengthen your connection with Jesus Christ. In additional to individual and relationship counseling, I offer healing care groups. These groups provide a safe place in community of other believers to grow spiritually and heal emotionally. I also offer EMDR to help your process negative beliefs.
