No one should have to face their challenges alone. Offering a high degree of professional, personal, and practical experience, Phillip has compassionately walked alongside many clients during the most critical seasons of their lives. “The counselor,” he notes, “is like mirrors on a car, helping you see what’s out there to avoid unnecessary crashes.” Phillip believes it is sad that many people continue to suffer in their personal pain when there are so many good solutions available today.
Licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Phillip obtained degrees from Liberty University in Virginia and Trinity in Deerfield, Illinois. For many years he has worked in faith-based and community settings focusing upon family systems, at-risk youth, individuals in transition, and addiction recovery. Phillip works with children as young as 7 years old, adolescents, and adults of all ages. He describes his approach as Solution-focused and utilizes CBT and MI practices. |
