Premier Family Medical is a physician group which has been serving Utah for four generations. They are a group of Family Primary Care Physicians, dermatology, pain and spine and ancillary care providers. Locations are available in Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Lindon, Mountain Point Medical Center, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and Vineyard, Utah. |

Michael Cosgrave, MD
Family Practice Physician located in American Fork, UT
Michael L. Cosgrave, M.D. was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University and his medical degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine. He then completed his Family Medicine Residency at The Ohio State University Hospitals. Dr. Cosgrave is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in 1978 and he is a Fellow of American Academy of Family Practice. He was also on the Teaching Faculty at the Family Medicine Residency Scott Air Force Base Hospital.
Dr. Cosgrave joined Premier Family Medical (then was American Fork Clinic) in 1980. He served as President of American Fork Hospital Medical Staff and on the Governing Board of Intermountain Healthcare Urban South Region. He then took a leave of absence to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ghana West Africa from 2013-2018.
Outside of the medical practice, he and his wife Cindy cover many ball games, recitals, matches, and other outings with their 8 children and 34 grandchildren and love being home in the USA.
Dr. Cosgrave has returned to Premier Family Medical and is welcoming all former patients and new patients from newborns through Medicare ages. |
