Philosophy: Treating the mind, heart and spirit of an individual is a matter of understanding the intrinsic need of each individual who is temporarily suffering. We may not realize we are in need. It may be our friends, or a family member who recognizes something is wrong or "off." We may just feel it in our "gut." Finding that therapist or counselor whom we can trust to talk to is vital in our effort to repair of our thoughts. Moving forward and past those thoughts to a world of peace and tranquility can be challenging, frightening and yet worth every moment. Learning is the key, experiencing is the method and bringing quality to our life is the goal. |
