This can be a difficult step to take.Finding someone you trust and that understands you is important. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for you to work through the challenges you are facing. By partnering , I will walk with you, providing insight, support, listening, calm and humor when needed. My passion is to help you restore your life and build healthy relationships. I work with individuals, couples and adolescents who are facing issues such as divorce, illness, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety or a life transition.I believe you are more than what is happening to you and with the right support you can feel better. I would like to offer you a free 30 minute consultation. Together we will come up with a plan that best fits your needs. I have a broad spectrum of experience. I have been in healthcare for over 25 years. I am a registered nurse and a licensed marriage and family therapist. My experience as a nurse was primarily in trauma care. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I counsel individuals, couples, teens, young adults, seniors, and caretakers who may be experiencing challenges or life changing situations. I partner with each client as a unique and special individual and believe that each person has the innate capacity for healing and growth.
