My goal is to help you manage any challenges in your life, explore treatment options, and assist you in achieving your goals. I use a goal directed approach to help you utilize your innate strengths to increase your emotional well-being. I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples in a non-judgmental atmosphere. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions, couples struggling with communication or relationship issues, and families that are looking for guidance in understanding family dynamics and achieving balance.
