As a Licensed Psychoanalyst with a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, I bring rigorous psychological training alongside a deep, practical understanding of demanding environments. Over two decades, my work has included advising and working with senior executives, startup founders, academics, and creative professionals navigating the pressures of leadership, complexity, and high-pressure careers.

My approach is direct and collaborative: you bring your experience, and together we work to understand the underlying patterns shaping how you think, feel, relate to others, and make decisions. We do not use a fixed template. Instead, we examine the personal and structural forces that influence how you move through the world.
