Dawn Sandalcidi, the owner, is a nationally recognized authority in the field of pediatric incontinence in physical therapy, and she provides national training for professionals interested in TMJ, back and neck, and pelvic floor muscle issues. Physical Therapy Specialists began in 1989 with a vision of being different than other clinics. Times were changing and managed care was taking over challenging the quality and quantity of time we were able to spend with patients. It became more apparent that patients deserved more than insurance companies could allow. Specializing and focusing on the individual needs of each patient in a private environment was the best fit for our vision. Our goal remains to treat patients based on their individual needs, one-on-one in a private setting, and help each patient return to function and activities that are important in their daily lives.

Founders Family Medicine and Urgent Care is accepting new patients, offering everything you need in family medicine. Perhaps you need an annual physical, immunizations, preventive health screenings, senior care, well-baby and well-woman exams. We also offer Urgent Care walk-in and same day appointments for those sniffles, sneezes, bumps and bruises that may come your way.
