The mission of The Center for Healing & Recovery is to ensure that all patients are respected, empowered, strengthened, and supported in their healing journey. The Center for Healing and Recovery provides trauma-focused services to children, adolescents, adults, families, groups, and the community. We provide case management, art therapy, psychotherapy groups, meditation and mindfulness groups, yoga for trauma and anxiety, individual and family therapy, and community workshops and trainings. Services are provided in our north and south offices, in the patient’s home, in the community, by telephone, and via audio and chat online.

At Aspire Counseling we believe in the strengths of individuals to change for the better and our goal is to help you find that strength in yourself. We offer counseling services in the following areas: Anxiety Depression Grief (resulting from death and losses such as relocation, divorce, and loss of a job) Relational conflict (marriage, couple, parental, sibling, family, and close friends) Career related concerns (dissatisfaction with current career, job search, career planning, and retirement concerns) Goal setting and attainment We address these concerns through: Individual Counseling Couple/Marriage Counseling Family Counseling Grief Counseling Group Counseling Career Counseling Community Presentations Offering outside resources and referrals
