Since 1988, OrthoGo Physical and Aquatic Therapy, located in McHenry, IL, has specialized in orthopedics. Our rehabilitation facility has standard exercise equipment designed for everyday tasks, plus our trained therapist aids you in each exercise to help you on the road to recovery. To take proper care of musculoskeletal problems, we use the McKenzie Method, used for back and neck problems. In this method there are three levels of assessment testing which use range of motion techniques and responses to pain. We have a Therapeutic Pool on-site which allows individuals with weakness and/ or pain to exercise more easily and then progressing to land based exercises as the patient is able.
