My treatment approach incorporates family systems, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), solution-focused, client-centered, trauma-focused therapy such as EMDR and other evidence-based practice therapeutic interventions. My practice mostly serves active duty members, retirees, veterans, and their dependents. I am familiar with the military way of life since I am a veteran myself and is married to a retired service member.
