I am working using video therapy and phone therapy. I have over 25 years of successful experience supporting issues related to depression, relationships, anger, and anxiety, and relationships. With a trusting relationship at the core, I use a combination of therapies including Motivational Interview, Internal Family Systems, compassion therapy, Prolonged exposure Therapy, Narrative, Mindful based, Cognitive Behavioral, DBT and EFT.
