I have been a bodyworker for 30 years, trained originally at Bouder College of Massage Therapy, with much continued training and experience in many modalities of healing touch. I am well grounded in these various healing practices and bring a combination of styles into my sessions. I work with your unique needs to provide sessions that are absolutely relaxing and rejuvenating - a wonderful oasis in which to let go of the accumulated stresses and strains of daily life, somatically as well as emotionally. I do table massage using natural organic products. It is totally possible to have a vigorous deep tissue workout or a gentle relaxing integrating experience or something in between. I offer private sessions and personalized wellness programs in Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Internal Organs Chi Massage), Applied Chi Kung, and Reiki, as well as classes for the general public and practitioner certification programs in Chi Nei Tsang and Reiki.
