Individual, Couples & Family Psychotherapist
I like to help adolescents, adults, and couples resolve issues they may be facing in their individual lives as well as within their relationships and families. I concentrate on finding solutions, identifying strengths, and helping clients get through the emotional barriers that keep them from moving forward. I believe an important factor in having a good therapeutic experience is creating a strong rapport with your therapist and I strive to make the process as easy as possible. I believe my professional experience, education, and personal life experiences help me to be a caring and effective therapist.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who are ready to change the way they are feeling, thinking, and interacting with one another. My method as a therapist is to be respectful, straightforward, and interactional. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and direct, though always compassionate.
The office location that I have chosen is quiet, confidential and discrete. This location is also convenient to all areas of Louisville and Southern Indiana and can easily be accessed by the Watterson Expressway (I-264) at the Brownsboro Road exit.
