Positive Outlook Counseling
If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together. ~ African Proverb
Suffering from anxiety, depression or stress can prevent you from finding enjoyment in daily life, as well as hinder the discovery of your true potential. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a unique social connection that allows individuals a safe space to explore their past, adjust their present, and plan for their future.
My counseling approach is cognitive behavioral which can help promote understanding of negative thinking and enhance the ability to change behavior. I encourage "team care" and am therefore willing to collaborate with physicians and psychiatrists to maximize client health outcomes.

Bio
When a client walks into my office, I don't listen TO problems, I listen FOR solutions. I want clients to leave feeling calmer, kinder, and, most importantly, hopeful. I truly love being a member of the "helping profession" and feel honored to join a client on their journey as they create a newer, better version of themselves.
