My work involves facilitating self-exploration and helping you understand your personality tendencies so that you can have greater emotional flexibility and satisfaction in your life.
I am a highly trained psychotherapist providing individual therapy, couples counseling and modern psychoanalysis for a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, self-esteem or just wanting more out of life.
My approach is direct and collaborative and my style is thoughtful, warm and practical. I will share my thoughts and ideas about what contributes to or has led to your difficulties and together we'll determine if how I'm thinking is useful.

Education/Training
Specialized Post-Licensure Training
I am currently undertaking formal, post-licensure training in modern psychoanalysis. This specialized training is the most selective, rigorous and comprehensive clinical education that mental health clinicians can undertake. It greatly deepens a clinician’s understanding of people including their emotions, thinking, behavior and relationship patterns. I have found that my training in psychoanalysis has improved the quality of all of my work. Whether you choose to see me for psychotherapy, couples counseling, or psychoanalysis, you’ll receive the benefit of my training.
