Treating Adults in a confidential (no insurance accepted) practice since 1996, I counsel adults with depression, anxiety, divorce recovery, having a narcissistic parent in your life, and other issues. This special focus on adults means that all of my ongoing training is tailored to suit your needs.
I offer a safe, warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can relax and be heard. I am here to listen to you, but more importantly, to help you hear yourself.
If you are the type of person who seeks only the best, only the highest quality, I am likely to be the therapist for you. I offer a full experience of active, solution focused help, with email support between sessions. I keep a small practice of patients and I give them the very best of care.
Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sleeplessness are all problems that can be helped. Learning to "take a stand" and communicate with others are important issues I address with you.
Years of traveling Texas teaching Divorce Recovery classes has given me a unique knowledge and experience in the divorce process. Recovery and moving forward after divorce is extremely important, and I can help you set boundaries to accomplish this.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Rockwall, Texas since 1996 and teach deep relaxation and guided imagery as a way to de-stress and attain goals. I am a Supervisor for the State of Texas to train interns in the counseling profession. I am the author of Devine Relaxation, a CD for sleep, relaxation and pain management. I'm certified to treat Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents.
I have appeared on Fox 4 News to speak about anxiety issues and have authored a nationally published newsletter on mental health. I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Specialist for Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents.
I also counsel adults on other topics such as divorce recovery, assertiveness, depression and anxiety. I have traveled across Texas teaching Divorce Recovery classes and have a special interest in helping people in this area. |
