I offer individual, family, and group therapy, contact with collaterals (other professionals) secure email and journaling, and phone contact. Bio
I provide psychotherapy and mental health counseling. My expertise is in relapse prevention. Motivational Interviewing training has taught me to be an excellent listener. I provide supportive therapy, mindfulness training, DBT, CBT, or whatever is the most appropriate treatment for the moment. It will be unique to you and your circumstances. If you need a DWI assessment or treatment for impaired drivers, that is another service I offer.

My graduate education came from Hunter College School of social work, and a counseling degree from Lehman College. I have advanced training in Motivational Interviewing and Relapse Prevention. 30 years experience in Chemical Dependency and mental health treatment including broad experience at different levels of care.
