Working with Adolescents, Adults and Families: Specializing
in Depression/Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Teens & Parenting
When life throws you curve balls, you can end up feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, frustrated, or lost. Whether it be college, relationship issues, grief/loss, parenting, addiction and or Eating Disorders, relocating, or employment changes - the expectation is to have all the answers, however most of us get stuck at times. I can help get you over the bumps in a warm, safe, judgment free environment. I understand the struggles of living with unhealthy patterns. Together we can explore and identify new perspectives and develop solution focused strategies that direct you towards a healthier, happier life.
I have 20 years experience working with adults, adolescents, pre-teens, families and couples.

I have a warm, interactive style and am skilled at integrating a variety of approaches including insight oriented psychotherapy with family systems, attachment and relational models as well as CBT, EMDR, coaching, solution focused, mindfulness, stress reduction, and building positive coping skills.
