I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and National Board Certified TeleMental Health provider (BC-TMH). I possess extensive experience working in the field of mental health care with adolescents, adults, and families over the last 10 years. I received my Masters degree from Monmouth University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently working toward obtaining my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision with a specialization in Leadership Studies. I am also the owner of Supportive Space Counseling Center, LLC., New Jersey's first entirely online outpatient counseling agency founded in 2019.
I believe that psychotherapy is a unique experience. It can bring insight, relief and empowerment. We all have the intelligence and strength to work through difficult issues, but sometimes we need a little help. If you are feeling anxious, depressed, lost or alone, therapy can help you move forward. As we work together to develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts and feelings, you will be more equipped to resolve the inner turmoil and confusion which at times affects us all.
Self-discovery and gaining a deeper understanding of oneself is not always easy but it can be the greatest gift you could ever give to yourself and the ones you love. As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.

Education/Training
I hold my Bachelors degree from Monmouth University in Psychology as well as my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (with a specialization in addiction studies). I am currently working toward obtaining my Ph.D. in Counselor Eduation and Supervision with a specialization in Leadership Studies from the University of the Cumberlands. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and families struggling with a diversity of mental health issues over the last 10 years. I am additionally a Nationally Board Certified TeleMental Health provider (BC-TMH), having practiced TMH for over 5 years to-date and holding the highest possible credentials issued to practitioners in this arena.
