We are a healing center located in Summerlin, Las Vegas. We specialize in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, a form of structural bodywork that releases restrictions in connective tissue, helping your body restore itself to health and well-being. It is a form of manual therapy for pain and whole body healing. It can help anyone suffering from headaches/migraines, neck or back pain, TMJ, menstrual issues, anxiety & stress to name a few.

Education
I have been fortunate enough to train and learn from the pioneer, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release approach. I have been an MFR therapist since 2006 and have taken all of his seminars. I am currently an assistant instructor for his seminars. Trained in cranial sacral fascial therapy, Gillespie approach and cranial sacral therapy.
Bio
I found myofascial release due to my own pain. I suffered from migraines and menstrual issues. I had gotten the work done on myself and felt the healing benefits and it relieved all my pains. I attended one of John F. Barnes myofascial healing seminars in Sedona, AZ and decided to attend massage school to help others in their healing journey. This work is authentic healing and I felt it with my first treatment session. I can not speak highly enough of John and myofascial release. It has saved my life and so many of my client's lives as well.
