Mindfulness Based Somatic Psychotherapy for
Growth, Healing, Fulfillment
Welcome. I work with individuals, couples, and groups to help people move forward from what keeps them stuck. I specialize in working with people who have tried other forms of therapy and believe that therapy doesn't work. Through mindfulness based body-centered self exploration, you are able to quickly see yourself more deeply and learn more about your automatic behaviors and thoughts which keep you limited in your expression of life.

Through the exploration of yourself and your relationships through awareness, honesty, integrity, and vulnerability you can transform and move past your limiting patterns and beliefs.

I offer sessions both indoors and outside in local natural areas to help you start moving forward from the start.

I invite you to contact me today for a free 30 minute consultation over the phone, in person, or via skype to learn more about how I can help.
Education/Training
I am a learning fanatic. I started my shift to become a therapist with a graduate degree in Counseling and Career Development from Colorado State University. I also completed the two year comprehensive training in the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy in Boulder, CO and I currently serve as a TA for ongoing trainings. I also completed the Brainspotting Level 1 training which is a somatic protocol for working with trauma. These are the major trainings I have completed so far, and I have also participated in countless smaller seminars, webinars, and various other classes to round out my education.
Bio
I'm passionate about helping people release and move past fear and limitations to discover their true desires and fully experience life. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC), registered psychotherapist, and national certified counselor (NCC) in Colorado, I'm able to help people safely explore deep core issues and find ways to walk through the healing process with strength, grace and true growth.

It's extremely important for me to create open, authentic relationships with my clients to help them through personal, career or life struggles. My sessions are about opening up and exploring your truth. People find that my approach is much more dynamic and experiential than a traditional counselor. I also like to incorporate time outdoors as part of therapy and treatment if clients are open to it, and find it's a very effective tool in shifting perspective and inspiring new thought patterns.
