Education/Training
I am a 2004 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a 2007 Master of Social Work graduate from the University of St. Thomas. Since I completed graduate school, I have spent my time in both the medical field and private practice providing supportive counseling and psychotherapy services.

I have always felt that being a psychotherapist was my calling. There is nothing I am more passionate about or anything that energizes me quite like helping someone in the role of a psychotherapist.
I knew that I wanted to be a psychotherapist from a young age. I knew too many people struggling with mental health issues and either not getting help or getting help that was not right for them. It was at that point that I really became interested in psychotherapy and had a desire to be the kind of clinician that clients could really connect with.
