In life, we all go through transitions and transformations,
which sometimes prove to be difficult.
These are the times we often need connection, support and acceptance.

to rediscover your true self, to heal and to simply be.
I strive to create a warm and trusting environment in which you can feel comfortable to explore your stuckness, while finding your flow again.
My job is to help you reconnect with yourself and life itself.
I believe that every person has the resources inside of them to provide themselves with healing, love and self-acceptance.
My commitment is to assist you in experiencing changed lives through understanding your inner resources better and finding balance.
I would be honored to bear witness to the beauty of your transformation and healing.

Bio
I help facilitate recovery and healing to those who need support on their journey.
I serve adults, adolescents and children going through life transitions, grief and loss, depression, personal growth, body image and self-esteem issues. I am passionate about providing support and encouragement to women who are struggling with the pain of fertility challenges, pregnancy and early infant loss, adoption loss. I support those who want become mothers through adoption, and/or foster care.
While guided by an existential approach, I utilize creative therapies of SoulCollage(R), expressive arts and play. I combine the visual arts, play, sand tray, music, writing and other creative processes to foster deep personal growth, to help you gain access to your inner resources for healing, clarity, illumination and creativity.
Born and raised in Russia, and having undergone tremendous changes and losses, I have always contemplated existential issues of life and death, meaning of life itself, uniqueness and creativity, true balance and wonders of human connection. In my search, I read much literature, became an avid scholar, traveled the world, heard many stories and learned from my numerous life experiences, to finally discover peace and personal balance, through connection to self and life.
Now I am honored to witness the beauty of transformation and healing through my practice as a Registered Psychotherapist and Nationally Certified Counselor. I preserve my personal equilibrium and continue my story through the deep connection to my intuition, nature and the world around me. I am here to help you find YOUr way.
