Everyone needs a neutral person to help support and guide them through life’s challenges, transitions and hurdles. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is having a trusting, nonjudgmental, and compassionate relationship with your therapist; therapy should feel safe, and provide you relief.
I offer a safe space to share your true self, while learning tools to manage the obstacles in your life. I am trained in trauma work and use EMDR therapy as one of my approaches.
I also provided clinical supervision for ASW who are looking to become a therapist.
Bio
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Professional. I specialize in maternal and child mental health. My passion is in helping people live more fully as their true authentic selves, and to be the person, parent, partner they most deeply wish to be. I specialize in Maternal Mental Health, also known as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) and Childhood-related Issues, such as trauma, and developmental delays and disorders.
