Pro-Style Boxing: This is an intense, high energy boxing workout where you will learn how to box like a pro! You will not only learn boxing drills, but you will also build strength and coordination while having fun and getting in incredible shape with the incorporated cardio exercises. Get ready to put your gloves on and start the high energy combinations of punching drills, then throw your gloves off to jump right into some heart-pumping strength exercises to then pull your gloves back on and box your way into shape! Bio:

Coach Nelson has over 15 years of experience training professional and amateur boxers. He is a certified Boxing & Fitness trainer. He has trained heavy weight champs such as two time world champ Shannon Briggs. He is recognized for his innovative approach to training boxers of all levels, from beginners to the professionals. Coach Nelson is well known in the boxing community for his intensely fast pad work and has successfully incorporated cardio strength exercises into the traditional pro-style boxing training to create his fast-paced, high energy, intense total body workouts.
