Bio:

In addition to being in practice for 20 years specializing in working with women and issues that arise across our lifespan, I have also been the Director of the PPD Alliance of Illinois for the past 12 years, a non-profit organization helping pregnant & postpartum women and their families. I offer a free support group and frequent workshops for new moms at Northbrook Public Library. Over my years in practice I have seen that weight and eating issues frequently come up during therapy so in recent years I have undertaken further training in weight and eating management and have a special interest in helping women develop healthy lifestyles so we change your relationship with food making it a source of pleasure rather than a source of conflict.
