Many obstacles occur throughout our lifetime, some we have coping tools to resolve and some we have more difficulties to work through. Therapy/Coaching is an essential part of a person's life to address some of those challenges. We don't often see what is right in front of us and sometimes we need to dig deeper to gain insight and understanding to a productive perspective. I will provide you with an interactive and a proactive approach and guide you with healthy coping tools to obtain your successes in life, personally and professionally. Anger Management Group-a ten week course that is being offered to court mandated clients and to those who are seeking resolution with their anger issues
