Practice Information
I am an experienced and caring counselor located in north Spokane with evening hours. I specialize in helping those who have suffered a trauma, a loss, are struggling with anxiety or depression, or just simply have lost their zeal for life.

I started my private practice part time in 2003, working under the supervision of a psychologist. I moved into my own office in Rock Pointe in 2004 , and established the Counseling Center of Spokane in 2005 when I expanded into an office suite and rented out to varying counselors who also had their own private practice. In 2008 I returned to practicing in my own office on my own, and in 2009 I moved my office to its current north side location on Queen.

Bio:
I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Gonzaga University in 1999, graduating with top honors. I then worked for Lutheran Community Services in the Sexual Assault Center from 1999-2005, providing counseling to children, teen, and adult victims of sexual assault or other forms of trauma or abuse. In 2003 I started my private practice part time, continuing my focus on working with victims of trauma, abuse, neglect, or loss. In 2005 I moved into my practice full time, and have since them been working with adults and teens with PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma and loss issues.
