Bio:

I have 20 years experience working with adults, adolescents, pre-teens, families and couples. I have a warm, interactive style and am skilled at integrating a variety of approaches including insight oriented psychotherapy with family systems, attachment and relational models as well as CBT, EMDR, coaching, solution focused, mindfulness, stress reduction, and building positive coping skills. I specialize in the treatment of all eating disorders and am EMDR level II practitioner. I understand the need for comprehensive care and regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (psychiatrists, school staff, nutritionists, etc) when appropriate. Areas of focus include: Adolescents Eating Disorders Family Therapy Parenting Issues/strategies Substance Abuse, Addiction and Recovery Trauma, PTSD and Anxiety EMDR
