Practice Information

I offer a holistic practice utilizing over eighteen years of counseling, art therapy, and energy medicine skills to help individuals recover resiliency from trauma, manage chronic mental health and physical health issues, build self esteem and self empowerment to create the life you want. I have worked with youth, individuals, couples, families, and groups offering support in learning how to overcome life and relationship issues. I offer face-to-face counseling, art therapy, and energy medicine sessions. I am also available for phone consults and long-distance energy healing sessions. I will provide group sessions at my Lakewood office or for groups of five or more at your location in the general area of Denver, Colorado. I also offering speaking engagements to local businesses on self-empowerment and healing.

Bio:

I have been a LPC since 1996 with a Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy. I am also a Reiki Master, Certified Matrix Energetics Practitioner, Homeopathic Counselor, and Universal Life Minister. I have specialized over the years in working with trauma and dual-diagnosis and have worked with both youth and adults in a variety of venues. I finished a PhD in Psychology this year and wrote my dissertation on Resiliency in Healing from Childhood Sexual Abuse. I wrote a novel based upon that same subject for the general public to introduce integrative medicine, spiritual practices, and creativity techniques that are effect in healing childhood or long term trauma. It's called A journey Back to the Sacred Heart. I am available for in-person, phone consultations, and energy healing sessions.
