My specialty is working with those that struggle with depression/anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions and relationship issues. As a therapist I will work collaboratively with you to break down the barriers in your life that hold you back. I work with individuals to find their inner voice and strength that will allow them to live the life that they desire. I also work with couples to improve their communication, build a stronger bond and reach greater intimacy and happiness together. In addition I have worked extensively with adolescents in helping them learn to navigate their world in a difficult stage of life. Through a person-centered, accepting, and non-judgmental approach I will help you trade ineffective coping strategies for more successful ones so you can lead the fulfilling life that you deserve. Since 2007 as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor I have been working with individuals, couples, adolescents and families and maintain a private practice in Mount Prospect and Hoffman Estates, Illinois. As a graduate of the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, I am currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients including but not limited to those that suffer from depression, anxiety, life transitions issues, relationship issues and women's issues. I am an interactive, person-centered therapist providing support and practical feedback to help my clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. I am passionate about helping each individual build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
