Deb Mcneill, MSW, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist
Charlotte, NC 28204
Individual, Family & Group Therapy for Adults and Adolescent
Deb H. McNeill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing therapy, coaching and counseling for individuals, couples and families dealing with difficult life transitions, relationship struggles, depression, stress and anxiety. Every individual is unique and there is no formula to solve every problem. A therapist can help you identify the problem, set good goals and help you begin the work to make the changes you desire or accept the reality you face. A therapist can sometimes address short-term goals in one or two sessions if that is what you choose. Sometimes it may take multiple sessions to clarify and address your problems and concerns. Some individuals choose to work over a longer period of time taking breaks and starting again as needed. As a licensed and trained therapist I can… Help clarify the problem or identify the stressor in your life Help you define your goals and monitor your progress against those goals Assist you in working to resolve a problem that is clearly defined and where an action plan is an option Support, challenge, educate and guide you through longer-term problems Help clarify the necessary next steps, actions or development of new skills We provide a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space. Our office is located in the Elizabeth neighborhood, southeast of Uptown Charlotte.
Kathleen Lancashire, MSW, LCSW
Mental Health Counselor/Therapist
Huntersville, NC 28078
Current practice includes play therapy with children & families in an outpatient private practice setting. I use a cooperative parenting model with divorcing families. I have previous experience on a crisis team, as well as child/adolescent/family work in agencies in VA & NC. I have facilitated groups in schools. I work from a child developmental perspective, and see children as young as 3 years old. I can easily refer clients to a therapist who may have different skills or a specialty niche (ex: treating autism or couples therapy) because I belong to several therapy networking groups. I participate in the "Give An Hour" program available to military veterans. I rent office space to a small number of therapists, and offer LCSW supervision on an individual basis. Renters and supervisees are responsible for establishing their own caseloads.

Marriage Rescue Retreats for Couples in Crisis
93% Success Rate
We specialize in Intensive Marriage Rescue Retreats (also known as “ Marriage Intensives”), 2-5 day down-in-the-trenches events that are aimed at completely restoring, fixing and healing marriages in crisis. We are caring, non-judgmental Christian Marriage Counselors who specialize in helping fix relationships that have reached their breaking point and doing our best to help save marriages in crisis. We have a 93% success rate and know there is hope to heal your hurting marriage One unique quality is that our retreats are always private — just you, your spouse and your Counselor. Couples with marriages in crisis need 100% of their Counselor’s time, energy, and focus. This allows the Counselor to focus on specific issues rather than dividing the time among other couples’ issues in a group setting. We offer 2, 3, 4 and 5-day retreats and can make suggestions as to how many days we feel would be best for your situation after a brief phone consultation. But it’s always up to each individual couple how many days they want to spend at the Retreat. Contact us for more information about the different Retreats we offer and which may be right for you.

Compassionate, Direct Therapy for Trauma and Anxiety
I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely understood, emotionally safe, and respected as the experits of their own lives. Many of the people I work with come in feelings overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or unsure wh y certain patterns keep repeating despite their best efforts. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you understand what is underneath, build safety in your nervous system, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels sustainable. I work with children, teens, adults, and caregivers navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and neurodivergent experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I prioritize consent, collaboration, and honoring each individual’s unique way of experiencing the world. I pay close attention to how stress and trauma live in the body. In sessions, I value honesty, curiosity, and authenticity, and I am not afraid to gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. Rather than relying heavily on homework, I focus on meaningful in-session experiences, reflection, and tools that actually fit into real life. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more regulated in their bodies, and more empowered in their lives.
