I am a fully trained and certified EMDR clinician. EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is an effective method of overcoming anxiety, fear and loss that cause negative thoughts, feelings and reactivity. I will work collaboratively with you to discover your strengths and resources and create a plan to make the changes you hope for. I have experience and special interest working with those struggling with: • anxiety and stress • depression • past abuse & trauma • relationship Issues • infidelity • panic attacks or fear • grief & loss • phobias • parenting concerns • self-esteem • communication and conflict resolution issues.
