Are you feeling anxious, down, struggling with relationships, or unsure of who you are? Life can provide many ups and downs. When life gets heavy, it’s easy to feel stuck and not like yourself. I want to help you get to a place that makes you feel like you again. Together, we’ll explore things at your pace and focus on creating meaningful changes that help life feel a little lighter and more manageable. I use approaches help you understand your emotions, build healthy coping skills, and create more balance in your life. I went into the mental health field to help others feel seen and supported. I want you to feel as supported as possible, whether that means unpacking difficult emotions or sharing a story about cats as we get to know each other.
