These include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), the person-centered approach, and psychodynamic models. I also use mindfulness to help you bring more awareness to your life. I am an EMDR trained counselor (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is a very effective method to process all kinds of traumas including car accidents, surgeries, complicated grief, etc. My full fee is $110 for a 45-50 minute session. I offer sliding scale fees to clients who are committed to the psychotherapeutic process and who want to invest their time and energy but cannot afford my full fee at this time ($65-100 for weekly sessions).
