Health and Healing Therapy
Would you like to feel as calm, peaceful, and present as you possibly can in this moment?
Would you like to feel competent, happy, healthy, and free?
What is holding you back?
Is it a recent stressor or problem that you just can't seem to change?
Are you having health issues that are causing you pain, worry, and frustration?
Is it a relationship that is causing you a lot of conflict and stress?
Have you experienced an incredible loss of someone you love and you are mourning?
Do you have memories of trauma that are intruding in your mind, making it difficult for you to feel grounded and at peace today?
Struggling through these types of difficult experiences and dealing with painful feelings is something that you do not need to do alone. However, contemplating going to counseling for the first time, or returning to therapy to work on some new or old issues is an anxiety provoking process. It is easy to tell ourselves that we don't have time, we'll be okay without the help, or we can't afford it. However, there is something happening for you right now that brought you to this place at this moment, as you are reading this message. I encourage you to think about what you really need and what you are searching to find. Whatever is happening for you, I imagine you have a need and interest in talking to someone about it and receiving some encouragement and support.
I will strive to develop a caring and supportive relationship with you, and provide a place where you can explore all of the questions, thoughts, struggles, feelings, and emotions that you have about your particular life challenges and experiences. Sometimes when we feel the most alone, it is the exact time that we need to reach out and ask for help. You owe it to yourself to take care of yourself and to work through whatever is holding you back from fully experiencing the beauty and joy that you deserve.
Consider contacting me to schedule a 30 minute free consultation session. I would be honored to assist and support you in your life's journey. I look forward to meeting you.

I provide counseling and psychotherapy for individual adults and couples. My scope of practice includes a wide variety issues, however, my specialty areas are:
I help adults reduce their emotional and/or physical pain, as well as the unhelpful effects that trauma has had on their lives while decreasing their depression, anxiety, and stress.
I help adults develop skills that decrease their stress and helps them to successfully cope with their chronic pain and health illness/issues. This allows for them to create the life they want and deserve to live.
I help couples develop greater emotional transparency while addressing underlying differences and conflicts. They can learn how to put an end to the communication patterns that have pulled them apart and while learning new patterns that help them build stronger intimacy.
I also provide counseling and therapy services to adults who are dealing with the following issues/concerns.

Personal Beliefs
I believe that each of us, at different times in our lives are confronted with something that is devastating, painful, and overwhelming. Often this is a death of a loved one, a past or present trauma, a war experience, a major health issue, or a painful personal loss. It is at that time that we are called to find the courage that lies within us, to face whatever the difficulty is and tap into our internal resilence to survive the experience. Often the pain and devastation that lingers from these experiences is something that can continue to hurt us. We may find that we need professional support, guidance, and compassion so that we can heal the parts of ourselves that were hurt through the painful and difficult time. That is what I offer you.
A safe, supportive and empowering relationship where you can work though grief, trauma, fear, loss or other emotions and issues that are keeping you from fully healing. I provide guidance, encouragement and assistance to you as we work together to help you resolve whatever is needed.
It would be a privilege, to support and join you on your healing quest.
