I am a New York State Licensed Psychoanalyst and Psychotherapist offering in-person and virtual therapy for individuals and couples. My work helps people understand the emotional patterns and inner conflicts that may underlie persistent stress, relationship difficulties, dissatisfaction, or a sense of being stuck, even when much of life appears outwardly successful.

I don’t use a one-size-fits-all method. I engage with the whole of who you are—your thoughts, emotions, history, and hopes for the future.
