I am a New York psychotherapist with a PhD in Organizational Behavior and extensive experience in corporate and academic settings—allowing me to understand my clients' environments, not just their symptoms. My practice focuses on helping high-performing individuals and couples navigate burnout, chronic stress, and relational strain.
