I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, draw on their strengths, and access their inner resources. In our work together, you’ll have my full attention, presence, and compassionate support, along with insight to help you navigate life’s challenges—whether personal, relational, or professional.
I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. I engage with the whole of who you are—your thoughts, emotions, history, and hopes for the future. It’s deeply meaningful to walk alongside clients as they grow, change, and pursue goals that matter most to them.
As a licensed psychoanalyst with a PhD in Organizational Behavior, I bring both clinical expertise and a practical understanding of the unique pressures people face in work, relationships, and life transitions. I have experience supporting clients through career challenges, relationship dynamics, self-discovery, and coping with trauma or life changes.
If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out so we can explore how therapy can support your growth and well-being.

Managing Director, Investment Bank, New York
Working with Matt gave me space to think deeply — not just about work, but about how I relate to everything. It’s made me a better leader, and a better person.
Tech Executive, New York
I came in thinking I needed to ‘fix’ burnout. What I found was a much deeper understanding of why I kept pushing myself so hard. This has changed how I work — and how I live.
Director, Global Pharmaceutical Firm, Manhattan
I didn’t expect therapy to be so relevant to my business decisions. But it absolutely is. Our sessions have been invaluable.
