Counseling and Therapy for Individuals
-------------------------
My specialty is using my deep understanding of the mind to get to the root of your struggles and help you overcome them. You may be going through a period in your life that’s exceptionally difficult, or you may have struggled with something for many years. The latter often involves what I call your mind's "central organizing principles," which are often unconscious thoughts or disavowed feelings that can greatly influence your life and relationships. For example, someone might think, “Why do my relationships never work out?” or “Why do I get angry at the smallest things?”

Life can be very difficult at times. A skilled and caring therapist who listens and understands can be very important in helping with the changes that life sometimes requires of us. My hope is that I can be your oasis, a place where you find what you need to get you over the rough spots. I'll help you to have more calm, confidence, and clarity in your life.

Couples and Family Therapy
-------------------------
I understand that in all relationships there is conflict. If you spend enough time with anyone, conflicts will naturally arise. I strive to help couples and families manage conflict and create stronger connections with hope and greater empathy. If you are struggling in your relationship maybe it’s time to spend some time with a trained, experienced counselor who will understand you and your loved one and accept you where you are.
