Keisha Bolden draws from several styles and disciplines in order to create a program for each individual client. Each session is organized to provide fresh energy and relaxation. Emphasis is placed on improving alignment, increasing flexibility, strengthening muscles, and releasing tension. This is a mind & body practice that provides a holistic approach to physical fitness.

I am a practitioner and teacher of Integrative and Holistic Healing, Wellness, and Injury Prevention for 14 years. I am trained to work with individuals as young as newborn age throughout the life cycle. I have specialized training in working with infants, children and their families, pre/postnatal women, individuals healing through cancer on land and in the water. I have developed a unique approach to healing and wellness that unites the science of physical therapy with yoga therapy, belly dance, creative movement, energy medicine, breath training, healing through gentle bio-energetic breathwork, massage, aromatherapy, aquatic therapy, shamanic healing methods, and sound healing/vibrational medicine. I teach highly effective, evidence-based and personalized healing and wellness approaches that are easy to learn so my clients may benefit maximally with minimal effort to LIVE THEIR LIVES TO THE FULLEST. I align with Divine Source during our sessions, so that together we may co-create solutions for your healing and wellness needs.

At mini yogis yoga for kids we foster creativity, cooperation, and confidence in a safe environment where all children are perfect just the way they are. Children aren’t little adults. They have different needs, respond to different stimuli, and learn in different ways. That’s why mini yogis offers nontraditional yoga classes: invigorating, interactive, imaginative journeys into your child’s developing mind, body, and spirit. Unlike many other yoga programs that simply scale adult practices down into childsize chunks, mini yogis builds each practice from the ground up, creating an exclusively child-based practice and giving children the sometimes rare opportunity to just be kids within the context of yoga asana and meditation. I am a giver and see myself as a channel for love. I want to help others SEE themselves. I want people to realize who they are and then love that person. My private yoga sessions are geared to the student who wants to expand their body as well as their heart. Each practice is uniquely designed to help each person grow from the inside out. Individual private sessions are typically one hour and small group prices are available. Currently I am only serving the North Orange County area.

I help people to relax, grow calm, in a very relaxing and calm environment. Slow stretches and meditation helps people to forget the stresses of the world and open themselves up to peace and tranquility. During the session, the person goes into a deep half state, is able to talk about their past blocks, pains, etc...They go through a deep meditative state, then wake up to doing yoga, and working through their blocks. They end the session free and calm of burdens, feeling lighter and more present. Therapeutic yoga is for everyone, and that’s why we offer what we call the TheraYoga Method. The heart and soul of our studio is the offering of safe, healthy, and beneficial practices for all students – whether you’re a beginner, experienced yogi, an athlete, someone recovering from an injury, or any other special concern. Yoga is therapeutic when it is taught with knowledge of the body, attention to the individual, and with the goal of empowering you to care for your physical and mental health. Classes are offered seven days a week including Yoga Basics, Stretch & Strengthen Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, Pre-Natal Yoga, & Family Yoga.
