Dr. Faith Abraham is a counselor, business consultant and 6-figure coach. She graduated from Texas State University at San Marcos with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a MBA from University of Phoenix and a PhD in Counseling with a focus in marriage, family, and children counseling from Friends International Christian University. One of her passions is to empower lives and share with the world how she overcame trials in her personal life, overcame personal struggles and feelings of emptiness through her walk with the Holy Spirit. After receiving the understanding of God’s love, Dr. Faith has proceeded to teach and preach the Gospel with boldness and fervor encouraging people everywhere to receive the higher calling of their life. Pastor Faith and her husband with their three children reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

Anchor Point is a center for healing and wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. Methodology includes traditional psychotherapy, mostly cognitive behavior therapy, along with biofeedback and neurofeedback as appropriate to the client's needs. Most clients find biofeedback enjoyable and effective, even though they may find it a bit mysterious at first.

I offer counseling for addiction and mood disorders for adults. I utilize several methods of traditional therapeutic techniques, tailored to suit your needs. For clients requesting or open to alternative techniques, I also utilize meditation, visualization, and/or Reiki energy healing techniques to provide a unique and extremely effective healing experience. I specialize in working with children through many mediums, but my primary emphasis is through play therapy. I have experience as a certified special education teacher and am used to dealing with learning disabilities and the behavior challenges that may arise from that issue. I also have extensive experience working with children that have experienced from mild to severe trauma in their lives.

Kristina Payne is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience counseling adult and adolescent populations, substance abuse, foster care, and adoption issues and children and adolescents with special needs. Kristina also works with issues of anxiety, depression, anger management, young adult life transitions and relationship concerns. Kristina holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Berry College. As part of her graduate training, Kristina worked at The Nelson Price Treatment Center with adolescent clients and their families. Kristina has worked and volunteered in various positions to help and give back to her community such as group homes, community service boards, churches, the Department of Family and Children's Services, private foster care agencies, and her local humane society. As a Christian, Kristina integrates the spiritual life of a person into the counseling relationship and offers practical solutions to individuals, couples, adolescents, and families struggling with major hurts and life transitions.

My practice is located in the Maynard Baptist Church Counseling Center in Forsyth and Christian-based counseling services are available. At this time, I am only approved as an in-network provider for Aetna, but am in the processing of applying to become an in-network provider for many other insurance companies. I am available during evening and weekend hours. I have 7 years of experience providing therapy services.
