Dr. Faith Abraham is a counselor, business consultant and 6-figure coach. She graduated from Texas State University at San Marcos with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a MBA from University of Phoenix and a PhD in Counseling with a focus in marriage, family, and children counseling from Friends International Christian University. One of her passions is to empower lives and share with the world how she overcame trials in her personal life, overcame personal struggles and feelings of emptiness through her walk with the Holy Spirit. After receiving the understanding of God’s love, Dr. Faith has proceeded to teach and preach the Gospel with boldness and fervor encouraging people everywhere to receive the higher calling of their life. Pastor Faith and her husband with their three children reside in Atlanta, Georgia.

I specialize in helping adults identify and recover from upsetting experiences that contribute to anxiety, depression, loss of self-esteem, grief, relationship problems, career problems, feeling stuck or feeling that no matter how hard you work or what you try you can't find peace or happiness. I have helped clients quickly heal from criticism, rejection, humiliation, heartbreak, divorce, job loss, childhood abuse (emotional, physical, sexual), recent abuse, trauma, or growing up with a narcissistic parent or in an alcoholic family. I offer a highly effective, research based, whole brain approach to therapy called EMDR, that is based on the science of how the brain stores and processes memories. Many people who have struggled for years with an issue or have already tried other forms of therapy, experience quick, lasting relief with EMDR. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist with advanced training in EMDR and trauma therapy. My clients frequently comment on how easy it is to work with me and how comfortable they felt talking with me from the very first session. I take an active, friendly, conversational approach with clients. I believe the more genuine and engaged I am in our conversations, the easier it is for you to be comfortable in our sessions and share with me whatever you are feeling or thinking. I love working as a therapist and am grateful for the privilege of hearing peoples' life stories and witnessing people grow, heal, and find more contentment and joy. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in marketing management and career coaching. In addition to therapy, I offer career coaching services, and I speak professionally on anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, conflict management and career management.

I have been in practice for over 11 years helping individuals and families with the issues that have disrupted their lives and are holding them back from living the full and happy life we all deserve. I use various forms of talk and expressive therapy with adults and children. I work with small children using play therapy, with older children I work with expressive art therapy and talk therapy. But, I like to add, there is no one size fits all methodology and I strive to be flexible, so we can find out what is most helpful for you, it is your therapy.
