Swanson McArthur Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned and -operated orthopedic and sports injury rehabilitation physical therapy clinic. We have been serving the communities of Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Sacramento, Antelope, and Roseville for over 30 years, building and maintaining an excellent reputation in the medical community. We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of all orthopedic and sports dysfunctions. Our physical therapists are licensed by the state of California and are members of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Our full-time clinicians are board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS), certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Our 2500 sq. ft. facility offers private treatment rooms, a large rehabilitation gym, and an onsite indoor aquatic center. Ideal for post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes (fibromyalgia), our pool is handicap accessible and maintained at 91 degrees. We are a Medicare-certified facility. We accept Worker's Compensation, private insurance, and motor vehicle insurance as well. We are not contracted with most HMO plans. Reasonable payment options are available for the uninsured. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and debit card transactions. Our clinic and aquatic rehabilitation hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Evening hours are available. Independent clinical and aquatic programs are available and tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
