Because I believe therapeutic massage is a necessary part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, my objective is to make it convenient and affordable. My goal is to educate you about the true power bodywork can have when done on a regular basis with a clear purpose in mind. I want you to start thinking of massage, not only as a treat for your birthday or anniversary, but as an integral part of your health maintenance plan.

I Practice in the San Diego area. I believe our bodies can heal themselves if given the time and opportunity to do so. My massage is very nurturing and flushing, great for de-stressing and getting rid of toxins from our hectic lives. Good for athletes, mom's to be, business/computer workers, as well as anyone needing to detox!

True to the form of Integrative Health and Holistic Therapies, my practice combines the best from east and west. Through Bodywork-- emotional, spiritual, and physical issues are addressed for well-being. Modalities specialized in are: Spritual Healing, Acupresure, Trigger Point Therapy, Oriental Medicine, Thai massage, Lymphatic Therapy, Nutritional Counseling.

I integrate a number of healing modalities that I have studied in the past twenty years. I ask clients to fill out a short intake form and we discuss expectations of what the massage will accomplish before the person climbs on the table. I have a general outline in my mind of how I'll proceed. I also have a very strong intuitive sense which guides me in the healing work I do. I do not talk during a massage, allowing the client to completely relax and attain a quiet state naturally. And the client is always right when they say the pain s/he's feeling under my fingers is too much. I back off a titch and see if that feels better. I prefer to work with clients that want medium to deep pressure and are seeking relief from tight muscles, pain or stress.
