Soul Workings provides massage, energy therapies and classes to support your healing journey and path of growth. Services offered: Massage therapy for pain and stress management, Reiki for balance and well-being, and Tarot or Akashic Consultations for clarity and guidance. All levels of Traditional Usui Reiki Classes are offered regularly in Old Town Lafayette, Colorado.

I am a licensed, insured, board certified massage therapist with an office in FIT Wellness Center in Broomfield. I perform various types of massage, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, myofascial release and pregnancy massage. I have volunteered my massage services at the 2010 Superior Morgul Classic, the 2010 Relay for Life, the 30th and 31st Bolder Boulder races, and other local events, as well at for the Boulder County AIDS Project. I am a graduate of the 1000-hour program at Boulder College of Massage Therapy.

The healing touch of massage brings balance to one's body, mind and spirit. It is through identifying this balance on an individual level that one's natural healing powers are understood and sustained. While massage can alleviate pain and stress, enhance athletic performance and accelerate recovery from injury, it can also help to increase one's body self-awareness and sensitivity, encourage self-esteem and improve one's emotional awareness. In my practice I aim to encourage and explore balanced health for my clients and myself while creating a professional and supportive environment. It is my hope that each client will leave a session as a uniquely whole, vital and balanced individual.

Through massage and yoga, I work with clients to create the unique healthy body balance that is right for your life. My specialty is in maternity massage and supporting families through pregnancy and early parenthood. I am currently a student postpartum doula and student ayurdoula. Whether working with men, women, or children, I regularly accept new clients and work with a clientele of strong athletes, people with chronic pain conditions, and those looking for simple relaxation.

I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Graduating with over 1,000 hours of training. I have a nice cozy office located in downtown Longmont Colorado in the Mountain Spirit Healing Arts Center. I provide a wide range of techniques in each of my sessions, customized to give the client what it is they want or need. Since I started my practice I have been working with auto accident victims, people in chronic pain, Sport injury, TMJ patients, and stress reduction. I have worked along side Chiropractors, Medical Doctors and Dentists. I treat patients with all different types of illness too,such as Cancer, MS, ALS. I do not cure these patients I just help make their transitions easier with my caring and compassionate touch. I work with post operative patients with breaking up scar tissue. Wether it be orthopedic surgery or plastic surgery.
