Increase energy+circulation, reduce stress+accelerate health
Lymph detox preventive lifestyle anti-aging optimal vitality
WHO can benefit? -Anyone who wants a healthier immune system, has excess weight, recovering from surgery, injury or cancer, unsightly scars, adhesion restrictions, digestion issues, IBS, constipation, PMS, sinusitis, headaches, allergies, asthma, fibromyalgia, EBV, detoxing heavy metals, swelling in ankles or fingers, sluggish energy, trouble sleeping, fatigue, brain-fog, depression, +other imbalances. WHAT is Melting Touch Method©? -I combine 6 effective techniques from 27 years of teaching & private practice into a comprehensive approach that treats the FLUID BODY. (1). Lymphatic Drainage massage increases the fluid being filtered by the body's (400-600) lymph nodes, which accelerates waste elimination, increases immune response, and returns the PLASMA of your "internal shower" back into the blood stream. (2). Myo-fascial Release is a gentle, slow realignment of connective tissue that is pain-free resistive pressure and has long term results. (3). Cranial-Sacral accesses the rhythm of cerebral spinal fluid through very light, subtle touch and resets the central nervous system (great for PTSD, after surgery, illness, crisis). (4). Internal Organ Release detoxifies the colon, liver, gall bladder, spleen, lungs, heart, etc through rhythmic pulsing, encouraging & stabilizing their functions. (5). Scar Tissue Softening is a progressive program of cross fiber techniques that can be used immediately after surgery - AND - effectively smooths old scars & disfigurements from injuries, by loosening invisible restrictions in the fascia, thus creating more flexibility. (6). Subtle Energy & Psycho-Emotional Balancing helps adjust the invisible electro-magnetic body, the endocrine/neural-plexus centers (Chakras) and integrates BodyMindSpirit, using breath, sound, intention & awareness. HOW will I feel? -Your will receive a FULL BODYMINDSPIRIT detoxification effect: deep relaxation ("The Rapture" Theta-state), profound sleep, more resiliency, easier breathing, loss of water weight, and great bowel movements. IF YOU ARE VERY TOXIC? it can stir up a healing-crisis with minimal to dramatically increased waste elimination ie: more pooping, peeing, sweating, foul breath, mucus in throat, sweating & skin outbreaks. This will last 24-48 hours, after which you will feel incredibly clean, clear, lighter, more flowing, generally peaceful & able to handle your daily functions.

Sound Balancing Combing through the body's bioelectric field using tuning forks is an effective method for clearing energetic blocks or areas of "stuck" energy. Good for painful areas, or helping to work through some of life's more difficult transitions. Integrative Bodywork When you are not sure which session to choose, or you want to experience an eclectic blending of approaches, Integrative Bodywork is the best option. Each session is uniquely tailored to address what is most important to you in the moment. We will talk when you arrive and decide together how to craft your own special blend of bodywork! Stone for Structure The perfect deep tissue massage, without the pressure! Hot and cool stones are used therapeutically to address structure and function, so you walk out taller, moving more efficiently, and with a profound sense of relaxation. Hot Stone for Well-Being Hot and cool stones used together or separately induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience that may be tremendously calming and centering. Used as an extension of my hands, the heat can more comfortably penetrate to deeper layers or sit on a trouble spot. Cool stones are used to help reduce inflammation or the soreness you come in with. You'll leave feeling like you are floating on a cloud.

Preventative care, holistic treatment and therapy and inside/out beauty addressing the whole Body, Mind and Spirit dynamic. Therapies, classes and workshops are designed to promote the health and well being of each individual client. Services are performed in an inviting atmosphere where you can relax with soothing sights, sounds and caressing aromas. Relaxation is the key to transformation and you will begin to look, move, think, and feel like a new person. You will begin to enjoy life to its fullest and find your “Bliss”. The Benefits Of Massage Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion. Assist with shorter, easier labor for expectant mothers and shorten maternity hospital stays. Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural defense system. Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles. Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts. Improve the condition of the body's largest organ—the skin. Increase joint flexibility. Lessen depression and anxiety. Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks. Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation. Reduce postsurgery adhesions and swelling. Reduce spasms and cramping. Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles. Release endorphins—amino acids that work as the body's natural painkiller. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help manage stress. This translates into: Decreased anxiety. Enhanced sleep quality. Greater energy. Improved concentration. Increased circulation. Reduced fatigue. Reiki is a great and valuable healing tool. It knows exactly where to go, how to respond and how to eliminate restrictions to the flow of Ki (ENERGY). Reiki goes directly to the tissues and organs affected by low Ki and it also works on the conscienceless parts of the mind and body that contain negative thoughts and feelings eliminating them. Reiki flows to where it is need to break up and dissolve any negativity lodged in the body or mind allowing for a healthy flow of Ki to resume. As Reiki energy flows through the body a deep state of relaxation occurs allowing spirit, mind and body to be nourished and balanced replacing illness with harmony and health. Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release
CST is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using a soft touch, generally no greater than five grams (the weight of a nickel), practitioners release restrictions in the to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. Craniosacral therapy is a subtle and profound healing form that assists the body's natural capacity for self-repair. This therapy involves assessing and addressing the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which can be restricted by physical or emotional trauma to the body or from the accumulated effects of general stress and tension. Among CST's largest patient groups are those suffering chronic symptoms that haven't been aided by other approaches. In particular, CST is beneficial to those with head, neck or back injuries resulting from an accident - be it from a car, sports or work mishap or from a fall. The extremely light touch involved in the application of CST makes it a safe approach as well for children, infants and newborns with early traumas, including birth trauma. They especially can benefit from the timely identification and release of restrictions in the craniosacral system, thereby preventing future difficulties such as learning disabilities or hyperactivity. In addition to CranioSacral Therapy, I also provide Yoga Therapy and meditation classes. Wellness Yoga classes are every Friday at 4:00. Meditation class is monthly on a Saturday. Please check www.CranioSedona for details.
