As a psychotherapist who practices from a Transpersonal perspective, I provide therapy for the WHOLE individual. Unlike traditional therapeutic structure, which only considers the Emotional and Intellectual components of the individual, I also focus on the Physical and Spiritual facets of Self. I work with all ages, from small children through geriatric seniors. My specialties include Eating Disorders, Depression, Anger Management, Anxiety and Substance Abuse. I provide therapy to individuals, couples and groups and especially enjoy working with children and adolescents.

I have used various therapuetic approaches depending on what fits my individual patient. I focus alot on the mind, body connection and how that effects are thoughts and emotions and behaviors. I have done lot of work with families, couples and adolescents and children as well as individuals. Some of my patients have dealt with depression, anxiety, parenting issues, chronic illnesses, addiction, adoption and foster care, post traumatic stress disorder, communication issues and grieving and adjustment. I also have done alot of work on solution and problem solving with my clients to empower them to help find their tools and strengths within. And have been very successful with this approach.
