I have worked with clients presenting with various concerns including exam stress, college life, OCD, navigating friendships, addictions, exposure to long-term abuse, bullying, anxiety, lifestyle adjustments, low self-esteem, anger management, unresolved trauma, neglect, & mood disorders.

I am a Humanistic therapist who leads with empathy and specializes in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, co-transition support, non-monogamy, GSRD (gender, sex, relationships, diversity), parasociality, and the unique mental health needs of celebrities and other entertainment industry professionals. I’ve completed ongoing continuing education in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, trauma and resilience in queer communities, sexual diversity and inclusive sex therapy, and trans and nonbinary wellness, and I maintain collaboration with professional communities advocating for equity and inclusion in mental health spaces. I offer telehealth sessions throughout California and limited in-person sessions at LGBTQIA+ aligned practices in North Hollywood (supervised by Dr. Jose Guerra, LMFT - #50145) + in Santa Barbara (supervised by Jamie Fortin, LMFT - #136703)
