It takes courage to seek help for your emotional issues. To allow someone into your life can be unnerving. Under my care, you will be immersed in an atmosphere of respect and calmness. The office where you will be seated exudes tranquility and peacefulness. You will always be treated with respect and honour as a person who has chosen me to assist you on your personal journey to emotional and spiritual healing. With over 30 years experience and holistic approach to therapy, my ultimate goal for my clients is for them to feel peaceful, to love themselves and others. Then they will discover their purpose in life and be able to live every day to their fullest potential. Interestingly, clients have mentioned that they were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to open up in their very first session and get relief from their emotional pain. The empathy and sincerity they felt from me allowed them to feel safe to delve deeper within themselves, to places they had not been before. My practice is dedicated to emotional healing, which is based on a skillful blend of Eastern philosophies and Western counselling. It is always my goal to help my clients deal with their various issues, whether it is in an individual, couple or family setting to achieve their optimum emotional. I have practiced psychotherapy in the Netherlands, United States and Canada and speaks English, Spanish, Dutch and Sindhi MY PHILOSOPHY: The Eastern culture, philosophy and spirituality have always fascinated me and I, therefore, use a practical blend of ancient Eastern and contemporary Western wisdom tailored to my client's needs. For the past 30 years I have studied and participated in various healing programs and seminars.
