The focus of this training is on Traditional Thai Bodywork and Herbal Remedies. Traditional Thai Bodywork is a unique form of massage performed in Thailand for at least the past several centuries. It is an unique experience like none other! The bodywork is performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. The session takes the client through acupressure, joint mobilization, and passive yoga stretching. It's like having yoga done to you!
